Largely Confidential’s Blog – artistic, historical, geographical, botanical – and lively – links you with outstanding human characters and to the beautiful, inspirational – often secret – wildlife and landscape of Scotland.

For those of you who follow the blog, changes are afoot – as you will notice in the altered title and header content .. to allow for writing about anything and everything to do with, within – and occasionally ‘without’ Scotland.

I’ll now use regular posts and site links – rather than static background pages – to highlight the beauty of Scotland.

I recently moved to live on Luing, an island in the Inner Hebrides – fulfilling on a dream I’ve had since childhood – to be as closely surrounded by the sea as ‘humanly’ possible.

Here I get the chance to create a coastal garden – involving all sorts of new challenges to get my teeth into. I’ll further develop my obsession with nature-writing, and paint some up close and personal encounters with the sea.

One happy, fulfilled lady!

Hi, I wanted to thank you for the follow! Please be aware that my blog is a bilingual one. So you may get links to some poems in English as well as to some in Italian… Pictures, on the other hand, have no language barriers 😉
    Keep up the good work.
